Easy Marine Pty Ltd, is the premier hull cleaning company that provides affordable diving services for boat owners in Port Hacking. We specialize in the removal of marine biofouling, pre-sale underwater cleaning, anode and props changes, and mooring inspections. Terms and Conditions
Late Payment & Overdue Fees
Payment for all invoices is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If an invoice remains unpaid more than 60 days after the due date, a late payment fee of 2.5% of the outstanding balance will be applied every 7 days thereafter until the invoice is paid in full.
The Customer acknowledges that this late payment fee is a reasonable estimate of the additional administrative and financial costs incurred by the Supplier due to delayed payment, and is not a penalty.
The Supplier reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future services until all overdue amounts are paid in full.
The Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of recovery incurred by the Supplier for overdue invoices, including but not limited to debt collection agency fees and legal costs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
